SHOPPING: Packages are designed for 9 and 16-piece selections (36-piece for Pavès); if you require other amounts, please contact me. Expedited shipping charges will be presented at check-out for your approval.
QUALITY CONTROL SHIPMENTS: The freshness and quality of your premium chocolate delivery is of primary concern. Your order is filled and shipped the next business day (Monday - Thursday only) unless specified differently. Every order is carefully packaged with cold packs to control temperature as much as possible during shipment. Due to the fragile nature of fresh chocolates, my shipping procedures are designed for expedited delivery, therefore I cannot assume responsibility for damage due to delayed or undeliverable shipments. Shipments are not designed to withstand direct sun or warm exterior temperatures as might be experienced on a doorstep. For this reason, I recommend using an address suitable for immediate receivables, such as a business address. If an order needs to be re-shipped, new charges may apply. Should you encounter any problems or damage, please call 31.795.0447 within 48 hours of delivery.
STORAGE: Upon arrival, your chocolates should be stored in a cool, dry place. 60°-70° F is ideal. My chocolates contain no preservatives, so I recommend consumption within 10 days of receipt. Yes, you can refrigerate them, but tightly wrap in plastic or seal in a freezer-worthy plastic bag. Allow them to reach room temperature before serving to maximize all flavor potential.
EXPERIENCE: By all means, dig in. When enjoying an assortment, give some thought to the order in which you make your choices. White and milk chocolates tend to be more subtle in flavor, so you may want to start there and then move on to the darker chocolates. Or start with the more delicate flavors like Lavender French Knots before you tackle a Chipotle Espresso.
