Ireland has given us fantastic legends and lore, none more well-known than that St. Patrick. But then there are real folk like Bono, Gabriel Byrne, James Joyce and Arthur Guinness. Yes, THAT Guinness. Given my own predilections toward chocolate, March seems the perfect month to tip my hat to Ireland, chocolate and beer. If you don’t find that pot o’ gold at the end of the rainbow, may you at least have a bit o’ heaven with THE STEINBECK, where rich dark Guinness Stout meets earthy dark chocolate. Sláinte!
