Sea Salt Caramels

Salty and sweet, the yin and yang of tastebuds. Exotic grains of salt are added to buttery, creamy, golden caramel until the right balance is reached. Nestled in a shell of dark Equitorial chocolate, there just aren’t enough adjectives to describe how good these are. Please be my guest. The menu of salts vary, but the repertoire includes red Hawaiian, Pacific Baja and smoked Balinese.
